Attendance depends on the location, the problem and a suitable tradesperson being available. A callback form is not a monitored emergency-response channel, and its confirmation message confirms submission only. An appointment, arrival time and any charges must be agreed with the tradesperson.

There is a specific exception for urgent repairs or maintenance that you expressly ask a trader to visit to carry out. It does not automatically cover extra work or goods beyond that urgent request. The supplier should explain which rights apply to your booking. These Terms do not waive any cancellation, refund or other statutory consumer right.
