For emergencies, yes — but it’s fixed, quoted on the phone before we set off, and covers the first diagnosis on site. No hidden extras, no surcharge for nights or weekends. For planned work (installs, CP12s) there’s no call-out fee — just a fixed quote before any work starts.
How fast will you get to me in Leicester?
