Straight up

We’d rather earn your first review than fake ten.

You’ve seen the plumber websites — the suspiciously perfect five-stars, the same three stock photos. We didn’t bother. When a real Leicester customer rates a real job, the review lands here verbatim.

Until then, here’s what you can count on.

  • Honest quote before any work starts — in writing if you want it.
  • Local 0116 Leicester phone — not a nationwide call-routing number.
  • Clear invoices — every line item explained, no vague “miscellaneous” add-ons.
  • Every Trustpilot review we ever get, posted here verbatim — good or bad.

Frequently asked

Before you book your bathroom refit.

The questions Leicester homeowners ask most before they hand over a bathroom for 5–10 days. Straight answers.

How much does a bathroom fit cost in Leicester?

Typical family bathrooms, premium fits with wet-room showers and designer tiles, and small cloakrooms all sit at very different price points. We itemise every line — tile cost, labour, suite, plumbing bits — so you see where the money goes.

How long does a bathroom install take?

Family bathroom: 5–10 working days. En-suite or small cloakroom: 3–6 days. Full wet-room build: 10–14 days. We give you a day-by-day schedule before we start — day 1 strip-out, day 2 first-fix plumbing, etc. — and tidy up every evening.

Do you supply the suite or do I?

Either works. We can supply at trade prices (usually 15–25% cheaper than B&Q / Wickes retail), which is itemised on your quote. Or you supply, we fit — in which case we’ll tell you before you buy if anything looks wrong for the space or won’t pass regs.

Do you handle the tiling too?

Yes — our tiler is part of the team, on every bathroom job. Floor tiles, wall tiles, mosaic feature strips, large-format porcelain. We’ll recommend grout colour and joint width if you’re undecided.

What about the electrical work?

Our electrician is Part P registered — that means any notifiable bathroom electrical work (new circuits, shower feeds, bathroom extractor fans) is signed off to building regs. You get the Part P certificate for your records; important if you ever sell.
